As mentioned in the video, this is a book that will be useful to you throughout all the years you grow food, and possbily a book to hand down to your children. It has basic inforamtion for beginners, and tables and charts that you will refer back to again and again each growing season. Every organic farmer I have ever visited had this book on their book shelf.
