“Make your bedroom a place only for sleeping or romance. Remove the t.v., exercise equipment, clutter, photos of your in-laws, or other distractions. Be sure to get rid of electronics with led lights especailly the blinking ones. Get curtians, shades, or blinds so that the room can be completely dark (think cave-like). Also consider re-arranging the furnitature as people can often relax better if they can see the door. And for bonus points, consider changing the color scheme of the room to only cool colors such as blues, purples, greys, or green.”
