  2. Excellent information from Doc Jones — as usual! I love learning from this man! Shepherds Purse, Yarrow & Cayenne… tinctured, dried, or dried/powdered. I have read that the colorful new varieties of yarrow are not as potent as the original white. Can anyone confirm that? At any rate, I’m trying to get yarrow growing in my garden (I already grow cayenne). I guess I need to source Shepherds Purse as well! Thank you, Doc!
