The kit is so easy to use. Works great to help combat colds. Used this along with my elderberry syrup and fermented garlic. This will be my second order. Just finished the first batch that I made the 1st of the year.

These packets made it so simple to whip up some Fire Cider for cold season when I was so busy and did not have time to round up all the ingredients and get them chopped. I will definitely get some more to get me through the season and to have some to share with my family members.

I had made Fire Cider last year when only the packaged ingredients were available. I used the Fire Cider whenever i felt a scratchy throat or a cough coming on! This year I purchased the kit! It was nice to have the bottle, label, shot glass, and packaged ingredients available as a kit.

The procedure to make up some new Fire Cider was very simple and fast. The only customer-supplied item for its infusion stage was a quart jar. When done after 2 weeks or more, the only other item one needs is cheesecloth. That’s it, it’s as simple as that — and fast! Thank you for saving us looking and laboring for possible ingredients..

It works! Plan ahead as you need to let it sit (& shake) for at least 2 weeks before using. Easy to make. Powerful on nasty germs.

Fire cider is awesome, but takes time and lots of ingredients to make from scratch. This mix makes it easy. Love taste testing until it has the perfect punch!

This shipped quick and smells great – mine has been “cooking” for 3 days now and I made a mistake and added a TBL of honey to the mix at the start instead of the end of the brewing – have I ruined the process, or should the fire cider be OK?

I was delighted to learn about this dehydrated mix. Most of the recipes I see for the Fire Cider tonic calls for horseradish, which is almost impossible to get here in Hawaii due to agricultural restrictions. At the time of this review, I am still in the waiting period while the ingredients steep in the apple cider vinegar. But judging from the smell, this is going to be great stuff!

Honestly, I would never buy this because I make my own and it doesn’t have horseradish. You are right, horseradish is hard to find. There is only one store in my region that sells it and that is Safeway. However, you can order it off Amazon and grow your own. But, this has given me the excellent idea to dehydrate my ingredients for ease. I already dehydrate a lot of stuff. I imagine I would have to dehydrate the horseradish in the barn cuz it’s some strong stuff.

Shipping was quick! Instructions were easy to follow. Easy to get going with it. Although I have not tried it, since it is still “brewing,” I could smell the ingredients in the pouch and it will be great.

I would love to be able to use this product, however, it is loaded with oxalates, making it out of bounds for me as I am on a low oxalate diet. What a pity.

This mix was very easy to get started and the taste is delicious. It tastes similar to a fermented Italian dressing. Would be great on a healthy salad with some olive oil. I haven’t added the honey yet. Not sure if I will, that’s how good the taste is. I came here to order another pack, but it’s sold out. I can’t wait until it’s back in stock. I was going to make my own fire cider from scratch, but this is easier and less expensive.

It’s been brewing for three weeks, shaking it daily, will brew it for at least two more weeks since I like it spicey, then will taste it & if ready, will strain & add some honey!
